Cobden & Carter International in Makati seeks an experienced professional to lead the Deal Advisory services within an independent public accounting firm context. You will oversee pre-engagement documentation, planning forms, and supervise transaction tasks to deliver valued advice that meets client needs.

Ideal candidates have CPA qualification (preferred) and 6+ years in deal advisory, valuation and business planning, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related course.
• CPA qualification is highly preferred.
• 6+ years of robust experience in Deal Advisory services, valuations and business planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Deal Advisory services within an independent public accounting firm context.
• Contribute to pre-engagement documentation, plan and update forms, supervise transaction tasks.
• Assist with transactions by completing tasks, filling working papers and finalizing engagements.
• Suggest and perform analysis relevant to the transaction, industry and client needs.
• Use research tools to source data on targets and clients to support Deal Advisory marketing.
• Apply technical knowledge to analyze engagement documents and communicate findings clearly.
• Build knowledge of the parties to a transaction and explain deal mechanics.
• Understand the rationale for a transaction and the basis of valuation to deliver valued advice.
• Interpret results from analyses and reports and present implications and solutions to the deal.
