Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Client Financial Mgmt Sr Analyst in Cebu on a hybrid setup. The role focuses on preparing financial plans, reports, and ensuring compliance with financial controls to mitigate risk.

You will support client engagements, forecast management, and invoicing while supervising a small team. The position requires 3–5 years F&A experience (excluding AP/OTC), 1–2 years P&L exposure, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide value-added financial management, analysis, and advice to client engagement teams to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with executives to communicate the status of contract or account financial position.
• Complete standard MTD/QTD financial and operational activities and processes.
• Fulfill invoicing and collections, consistent with contractual requirements.
• Advise on forecast management activities and report creation.
• Perform/work plan reconciliation and reporting.
• Track time-reporting hours, expenses, and variances with policy compliance.
• Contribute to CFM as Value Creator, People Developer, and Business Operator.
• Prepare and participate in CFM meetings and training sessions.
• Supervise and mentor junior CFM analysts and others.
• Identify opportunities to improve training, methodologies, tools and skills.
• Support local CFM recruiting initiatives.
• Execute account financial processes to ensure quality and integrity of records.
• Provide pricing / new business support and review pricing calculations.
• Prepare engagement, project, and program reporting and internal accounting processes.
• Support and execute the account forecasting process and stakeholder management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, Internal Controls, and US GAAP requirements.
• Perform Inventory and Receivables management, including variances tracking.
• Balance sheet accountability including asset tracking and tech costs.

POSITION TITLE: Client Financial Mgmt Sr Analyst
WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE:
Prepare and interpret financial plans and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable financial rules and regulations, including internal financial controls, to mitigate risk for the company. May also shape and execute client deals to maximize the use of Accenture’s capital and resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
11. Provide value-added financial management, analysis, and advice to client engagement teams to maximize the profitability of engagements
2. Collaborate with client and engagement executives, client group finance leads (or equivalent), and other finance operations executives to communicate the position and status of contract or account financial position
3. Complete standard MTD/QTD financial and operational activities and processes
4. Fulfill invoicing and collections, consistent with contractual requirements
5. Advise/assist on forecast management activities (input collection, processing and report creation)
6. Perform/assist with work plan reconciliation and reporting
7. Track and report time-reporting hours, expenses, and variances as required, including compliance with account/engagement expense policy (if existent)Track and report third-party out-of-pocket expenses, client time and expenses against program budget, and any other expense charges to program budget tracking and reporting of third-party out-of-pocket expenses
8. Contribute to the CFM organization as Value Creator, People Developer, and Business Operator
9. Prepare and participate in CFM meetings and training sessions
10. Supervise, coach, and mentor junior CFM analyst(s) and others
11. Identify and communicate to CFM leadership to opportunities to continuously improve training, methodologies, tools and skills
12. Support and contribute to local CFM recruiting initiatives
13. Execute account financial processes to ensure the quality and integrity of engagement financial records
14. Provide pricing / new business support for new and extended business opportunities and/or review pricing calculations from engagement executives
15. Perform or assist with the preparation of engagement, project, and program reporting as well as Accenture internal financial accounting processes
16. Support and execute the account forecasting process, including ad hoc and internal stakeholder management requests
17. Execute all global and local statutory, tax, Internal Controls, and US GAAP requirements as described by policy to ensure full compliance
18. Perform Inventory and Receivables management, including monitoring of variances and follow-up on discrepancies
19. Execute/assist with balance sheet accountability, including tracking of capital assets and technology rental equipment, hardware/software costs, and other items

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
With at least 3-5 years overal F&A experience except AP and OTC

Open to ICs before but willing to handle a team of at most 5 direct reports
