Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Analytics Advisory Manager in the Philippines to lead advanced analytics initiatives within Operations Insights & Intelligence. The role reports to the Insights & Intelligence Project Lead and operates in a hybrid setup based in Taguig.

The ideal candidate will drive data-driven insights, guide client engagements, and mentor junior team members while coordinating with cross-functional groups to deliver value across finance, operations, and customer processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from at least a 4-year course related to Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or Information Systems
• At least 8 years of Analytics experience
• Strong understanding of F&A or Contact Center processes is preferred
• Knowledge of Python is preferred
• Intermediate+ level in data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong client management and project management skills

OVERALL PURPOSE:

This is an executive position in Operations Insights & Intelligence Philippines. This person will report to Insights & Intelligence Project Lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement advanced analytics solutions using statistical modeling, machine learning, and BI tools to support business performance, generate actionable insights, and drive operational efficiency


• Use data-driven techniques to generate business insights, analyze process performance, and drive business value


• Account Management and coordination with client and internal teams to understand business needs, help design the solution and manage its implementation


• Conduct demos of key analytics offerings for clients and internal teams


• Train and mentor junior members of the team

• Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift


• Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
