You will be working with enterprise clients supporting cloud-based data environments. The Data Operations Consultant will monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot operational issues, and help ensure reliable day-to-day data operations.

What you will do

• Monitor Azure Data Factory and SSIS pipelines for stable and timely execution
• Investigate alerts and incidents using established procedures and runbooks
• Perform basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis within your scope
• Handle manual data processing or pipeline activities when required
• Escalate issues that require deeper technical or architectural support
• Manage and resolve operational tickets through ServiceNow or similar tools
• Support mid and night shifts depending on client coverage requirements

What we are looking for

• All levels (according to years of experience): Professional: 2-4 years, Senior: 4-7 years, Principal: 8+ years
• Working knowledge of Azure Data Factory and SSIS
• Basic understanding of data pipelines and orchestration
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Able to follow operational procedures and identify when escalation is needed
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ticketing tools
• Willing to work night shifts when required for Americas or EU coverage
• Amenable to onsite work setup
