Job summary

Infinitecare Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks an IT Solutions Engineer to support the implementation and integration of IT solutions across enterprise environments in Cebu City.

The role involves gathering requirements, creating technical docs, and assisting with BOM and SOW preparation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, 1–2 years in IT or systems integration, and willingness to conduct site visits and provide remote support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EE/EC required.
• 1–2 years experience in IT industry or systems integrator environments.
• Datacenter training or certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of datacenter concepts and auxiliary equipment.
• Ability to assist in solution design, requirements gathering, documentation, and BOM/SOW prep.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning and attention to detail skills.
• Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration with clients and technical teams.
• Willingness for site visits, remote support, product demos and PoC activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and integration of IT solutions across enterprise environments.
• Assist in collecting requirements from internal teams or clients to design and deliver tailored IT solutions.
• Assist in developing technical documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and operation manuals.
• Participate in site visits or remote support sessions to assist with product presentations and PoCs.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT, datacenter and cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and SMEs to develop IT system designs, BOMs, and Statements of Work (SOW).
