We're hiring a hands‑on Data Engineer who loves untangling messy data problems, building pipelines people can rely on, and working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with the teams who depend on them. You won't be a cog in a 40‑person org chart. You'll own real surface area, shape technical direction, and see your work in production fast.

Our stack is modern and fully AWS‑native: S3, Athena, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, and Terraform, with SQL and Python as your daily drivers.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines across our AWS environment
• Ship scalable reporting and analytics solutions on cloud‑native tooling
• Partner directly with stakeholders to turn fuzzy requirements into clean data products
• Write SQL and Python that’s reliable, readable, and built to last
• Evolve our data warehouse architecture and data models
• Manage infrastructure the right way — Terraform and IaC, not click‑ops
• Bring ideas to solution design and continuous‑improvement conversations
• Diagnose data‑quality issues and pipeline failures, and keep production stable

What You Bring

• 5+ years as a Data Engineer, ETL Developer, or similar
