Job summary

2GO Group seeks a hands-on technical leader to drive end-to-end development of scalable data and platform solutions on AWS. You will lead BI infrastructure for Data and Platform Engineering applications, building automated visualizations, dashboards, and internal remittance/workflow tools.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into secure, scalable technical roadmaps, ensuring code quality and efficient delivery while mentoring engineers toward high performance

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data engineering or platform engineering.
• Experience with AWS and data workflows, dashboards, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation, maintenance and optimization of BI infrastructure on AWS for DPE applications.
• Provide architectural direction and ensure security, scalability and cost efficiency of solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to align technical design with business goals.
• Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and implementables.
• Mentor and grow a team of customer and product engineers toward high performance.
