Job summary

IQVIA, a global leader in healthcare data and analytics, seeks a data integrity specialist to ensure accuracy across its Belgium data assets. You will analyze complex data problems, improve data quality processes, and support commercial teams with data-driven solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel and SQL skills, experience with ETL concepts, and good communication abilities to present complex ideas clearly.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a relevant mathematical, scientific, engineering or computer science field.
• Proficient in MS Excel and SQL to write/execute queries and perform data analysis.
• Knowledge of best practices for data quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of IQVIA Belgium data assets.
• Investigate challenges and analyze business problems to improve data quality and procedures.
• Support commercial teams with complex client queries and data issues.
• Coordinate with Production teams to resolve data issues quickly.
• Lead data analysis tasks to answer business questions and support timely client delivery.
• Create user stories using Jira and prepare test plans for Data Integrity tasks.
• Document processes and drive continuous improvement across the team.
• Collaborate with IQVIA teams to share information and ensure data quality.
