Job summary

Tie-up Associates and Manpower Resources Inc. is looking for an Encoder to input, verify, and organize data across departments in our Metro Manila office. You will transform paper and digital records into structured data and ensure accuracy for business use.

You will maintain data quality, coordinate with teams to resolve issues, and ensure timely system updates while handling multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• At least college level is required.
• Proficiency in office software like Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools.
• Clear written and verbal skills to talk with different departments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities

• Input customer details, sales records, inventory items, billing data, and other information into databases or CRMs.
• Convert paper documents into digital files.
• Compare source documents with system records to identify missing, duplicate, or incorrect data.
• Review entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Run reports to detect inconsistencies.
• Organize, categorize, and archive documents such as forms, receipts, purchase orders, and medical records.
• Maintain both physical and digital files for easy retrieval.
• Update product prices, stock levels, customer status, item codes, and other system information.
• Ensure timely updates to support business decisions.
• Work with other departments to verify data and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to data‑related inquiries.
• Generate basic reports or summaries as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
• Perform regular data backups and follow archiving protocols
