Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Data Governance Team Lead to oversee data quality and compliance for the Corrigo platform and Work Order Management System. You will lead a team of analysts to ensure accurate, secure data management and regulatory adherence.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and driving governance strategies, with responsibility for data stewardship and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field; master's preferred.
• 2–3 years data governance or data management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience with facilities management systems and work order platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with data analysis tools, SQL, and database management systems.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills; able to manage multiple initiatives.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and data integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data governance specialists and data analysts.
• Develop and execute data governance frameworks for the Corrigo platform.
• Monitor data integrity across systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive data stewardship initiatives.
• Develop KPIs for data quality and governance and report to senior leadership.
• Lead data migration and system upgrade projects and ensure smooth execution.
