Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced Data Fusion Analyst, Journeyman to support logistics data integration and decision support across the Indo-Pacific. Responsibilities

  • Collect, integrate, validate, and analyze logistics data from multiple systems.
  • Develop data fusion products providing an operational picture of supply chain activities, transportation operations, inventory status, and asset visibility.
  • Analyze logistics performance metrics, inventory trends, transportation throughput, equipment readiness, and operational data to identify improvements.
  • Create dashboards, reports, visualizations, and executive-level decision support products.
  • Coordinate with planners, technicians, and personnel to validate data accuracy and relevance.
  • Identify data discrepancies, reporting anomalies, and system integration issues with corrective actions.
  • Support predictive logistics by identifying trends, forecasting demand, and analyzing performance.
  • Maintain data repositories, reporting tools, data dictionaries, and SOPs.
  • Support planning, exercises, and disaster response with timely analytical products.
  • Promote continuous process improvement by recommending automation and data integration solutions.

The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an experienced Data Fusion Analyst, Journeyman to support logistics data integration and operational decision support across the Indo-Pacific. The Data Fusion Analyst, Journeyman serves as CACI's logistics management professional responsible for collecting, integrating, analyzing, and visualizing logistics data from multiple operational systems to improve asset visibility, supply chain performance, transportation management, and operational decision-making. Reporting directly to the Regional Asset Visibility Lead, this position ensures logistics information is transformed into actionable intelligence that supports mission planning, sustainment, and operational readiness.

The Data Fusion Analyst works closely with Government stakeholders, logistics planners, supply chain managers, transportation coordinators, warehouse personnel, movement control teams, information technology specialists, business intelligence analysts, Service Components, coalition partners, and mission partners to integrate logistics data from enterprise systems, identify operational trends, and develop decision support products. This position contributes to successful program execution by enhancing logistics situational awareness, improving resource allocation, and enabling data-driven sustainment operations throughout the Indo-Pacific theater.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect, integrate, validate, and analyze logistics data from multiple Government and commercial information systems.
  • Develop data fusion products that provide a comprehensive operational picture of supply chain activities, transportation operations, inventory status, and asset visibility.
  • Analyze logistics performance metrics, inventory trends, transportation throughput, equipment readiness, and operational support data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support enterprise asset visibility by integrating information from warehouses, Joint Theater Distribution Centers (JTDCs), Intermediate Staging Bases (ISBs), transportation networks, and forward operating locations.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations, and executive-level decision support products for Government leadership.
  • Coordinate with logistics planners, transportation coordinators, warehouse managers, and operational personnel to validate data accuracy and operational relevance.
  • Identify data discrepancies, reporting anomalies, and system integration issues while recommending corrective actions.
  • Support predictive logistics initiatives by identifying trends, forecasting demand, and analyzing operational performance.
  • Maintain data repositories, reporting tools, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures supporting logistics analytics.
  • Support operational planning, contingency operations, humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and emergent logistics missions through timely analytical products.
  • Ensure compliance with Government data governance policies, cybersecurity requirements, records management standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Support operational exercises, logistics planning events, and after-action reviews through data collection and analysis.
  • Promote continuous process improvement by recommending automation, reporting enhancements, and data integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with Government organizations, information technology teams, and logistics personnel to improve enterprise logistics visibility.
  • Support geographically dispersed operations requiring real-time logistics awareness and operational reporting.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting logistics analysis, data analysis, supply chain management, operational reporting, business intelligence, or logistics operations for Government or Department of Defense programs.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations.
  • Experience analyzing logistics, transportation, inventory, supply chain, or operational data to support decision-making.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, visualizations, and analytical products utilizing enterprise information systems.
  • Experience supporting asset visibility, inventory accountability, transportation management, or warehouse operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable information supporting operational planning and mission execution.

Desired:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting USSOCOM, SOCPAC, Geographic Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), or Service Component logistics organizations.
  • Experience supporting Indo-Pacific operations, contested logistics, enterprise asset visibility, theater distribution, or expeditionary sustainment operations.
  • Experience utilizing Power BI, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SmarTrack, GCSS-Army, GCSS-MC, GCCS-J, ArcGIS, TAPID, ATLAS, SQL, and enterprise logistics analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of logistics performance metrics, supply chain analytics, inventory management, transportation operations, data visualization, and Joint logistics doctrine.
  • Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Professional Logistician (CPL), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CompTIA Data+, or equivalent logistics and analytics certifications are preferred.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed Government programs involving OCONUS operations, Special Operations Forces, predictive logistics, and enterprise logistics analytics throughout the Indo-Pacific is highly desirable.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$49,200 - $100,900
