Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Data Entry Clerk for onsite work in Cebu City, Cebu. You will accurately input invoice data, verify details, and support accounts payable workflows. Fresh graduates are welcome; OCR experience is preferred and Adobe Acrobat knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates; requires experience with an OCR application.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat is preferred.

Responsibilities

• On the imaging website application, view the invoice image and type the required information according to the guidelines displayed.
• Receive and process invoices for payment, updating invoice details accordingly
• Accurately enter data into the appropriate fields within various software programs
• Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
