Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Data Analytics Manager.

About the Role:

As a Data Analytics Manager, you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:

• Requirement analysis and effort estimation for new development and enhancement to existing assets
• Dimensional modeling best practices
• Setting up and maintaining ETL pipelines
• Pipeline monitoring and issue resolution
• Data architecture best practices for relational databases
• SQL readability and optimal code structure
• Code development, testing, test documentation
• Support user testing and implementing fixes
• Code deployment and post deployment support
• Identify pipeline automation and optimization opportunities
• Analysis and business intelligence visualizations
• This individual should be able to advise and collaborate with the program manager for scheduling, LOE estimates, feasibility insights, and directly contribute to sprint burndown

About You:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• 8-12 years of experience at least 1 of the following: database design / data warehouse / data integration / data migration
• At least 5 years managerial experience
• Open to individual contributors
• College Graduates of any course (preferably Comp Eng/Comp Sci/IT courses)
• Amenable to work in Uptown BGC Taguig
