Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Data Engineer to develop data pipelines and analytics-ready assets for actuarial operations.

You will implement complex databases, automate ingestion and transformation, and collaborate with leaders across the company to drive data-driven decision making. The role requires 1–2+ years in data/ software engineering, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with dimensional modeling and Airflow.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics or MIS.
• 1–2+ years of data/software engineering experience.
• Experience with SQL, Python and relational databases.
• Understanding dimensional data modeling (star schema).
• Familiarity with MLOps and Airflow orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Work with strategic partners to solve business problems by developing data solutions.
• Manipulate data using SQL and Python to create data assets.
• Automate data ingestion, transformation and integration.
• Document data sources and technical solutions adequately.
• Evaluate data quality and completeness.
