Job summary

Recruitify_HR in the Philippines is seeking a Snowflake Lead/Data Engineer to design, implement, and optimize data solutions across ingestion, storage, transformation, and access.

The role emphasizes Snowflake latest features, reusable frameworks, performance-optimized pipelines, data governance, and enabling GenAI and Cortex AI use cases, with onsite work in Cebu. Open to candidates currently in the Philippines with work authorization; no Accenture current applications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Snowflake Lead or Data Engineer.
• Proficient with Snowflake internals including performance tuning, clustering and caching.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Snowflake scripting, plus at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with advanced features like dynamic tables, Snowpipe streaming, and Cortex AI.
• Excellent communication bridging technical and business discussions.
• SnowPro Core Certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Snowflake solutions across data ingestion, storage, transformation, and access.

• Establish data governance, security models, RBAC, and masking policies in line with compliance standards
• Conduct performance tuning, workload monitoring, and optimization.
• Enable GenAI use cases leveraging Snowflake’s native capabilities
• Implement Cortex AI features with custom workflows and business logic

Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Snowflake solutions across data ingestion, storage, transformation, and access
• Lead end-to-end implementation of solutions using Snowflake’s latest features.
• Develop reusable frameworks, UDFs, and components using Snowpark or SQL scripting
• Develop performance-optimized pipelines using Snowflake-native capabilities and modern ELT tools
