Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Encode participant information accurately into designated spreadsheets, databases, and online systems.
• Consolidate participant records and ensure information is complete and properly formatted.
• Review encoded data for errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates.
• Update participant records and maintain organized digital files.
• Encode and register participants in the MIS.
• Verify participant information against source documents before enrollment.
• Monitor enrollment progress and identify records with missing/incorrect information.
• Assist in resolving data discrepancies and incomplete registration requirements.
