Job summary

Emerson is seeking an Analyst I, Supply Chain Analytics in Mandaluyong, Philippines. You will analyze data across sites, support metrics reporting, inventory management, and service level improvement initiatives, while collaborating with site counterparts to generate reports and perform system updates.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1+ year experience in S&O, buying, planning, or procurement with data mining and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in S&O, Buying, Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain with data mining, manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Basic understanding of Supply Chain systems, tools, and applications.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of Power BI and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather, manipulate, and scrub supply chain data as per predefined instructions.
• Extract data from procurement systems using standard queries and combine data from different tools.
• Perform data validation to ensure data consistency.
• Prepare standard supply chain reports based on templates.
• Validate and encode changes related to the system and complete setup per turnaround time.
• Follow business processes to update the system for information accuracy.
