Enable PH in Mandaluyong seeks a Management Accounting and Data Officer to analyze datasets on sales, profitability, and operations, driving insights across departments. The role focuses on turning data into actionable business strategies and building dashboards to track KPIs.

The ideal candidate holds a finance/accounting background, with 4–5 years in management reporting, and proficiency in Power BI and SAP Business One. On-site work five days a week is required.

Qualifications

• Requires 4–5 years of experience in management reporting, preferably in retail/distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting, Business or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• People management skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, profitability, and operations performance data with charts and tables.
• Design dashboards to visualize KPIs for sales, profitability, and operations.
• Compare actual vs. budgeted/target amounts by channel/cost center.
• Collaborate with teams to align data work with business goals.
• Lead data-related projects ensuring timely, accurate results.
• Oversee dashboards’ execution and maintenance by the data team.
