Qualifications

• Sound and proven knowledge of function’s principle.
• Professional skills development by participation in training.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined and assigned customer support activities.
• Identify and communicate issues with Account Owner.
• Complete tasks according to deployed documentation.
• Establish communication with stakeholders and departments.
• Update documentation related to the provided process.
• Provide 1st level support for data quality queries.
• Suggest improvements to performed processes.

Skills

English language at least at a B2 level

Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel

Education

University Graduate (transportation studies preferred)
