EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a seasoned Data Consultant to translate business needs into data-driven solutions, enabling organizations to unlock actionable insights and measurable outcomes.

In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders, design scalable data strategies with architects and engineers, and lead engagements from discovery through delivery, while mentoring teams and presenting results to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Software Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in roles such as Data Analytics Consultant, Data Product Manager, or similar positions in consulting.
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience.
• Track record of contributing to at least two full project life cycles or working across multiple phases of various projects.
• Expertise in data platforms with a proven track record of delivering solutions like data lakes, analytics systems, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with strong coding capabilities in both.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their associated data services.
• Knowledge of data architecture, lifecycle management, and data product design principles.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management experience in data-driven initiatives.
• Strong analytical abilities to simplify complex challenges and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher.
