Reboot Monkey in Pasig City, Philippines, is seeking a Data Center Technician to support critical infrastructure at world-class data center facilities. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will ensure reliable operation of servers and network gear.

Responsibilities include mounting, configuring, and maintaining equipment, cabling, and environmental monitoring. The role requires 3+ years in data center operations and hands-on experience with Cat6/6a, fiber, and DCIM platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Strong cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2).
• Experience with rack and stack operations and DCIM platforms.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.

Work Schedule

• Standard business hours with on-call rotation
• Shift differentials for nights/weekends when applicable
