Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and maintain servers, storage, and network equipment.
• Perform rack mounting, cabling, labeling, and hardware organization.
• Conduct initial troubleshooting and diagnostics for hardware issues.
• Coordinate repair and replacement of defective equipment.
• Monitor environmental conditions: power, cooling, and temperature.
• Support preventive maintenance and facility-related operations.
• Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets and infrastructure.
• Assist in audit and compliance requirements for data center equipment.
• Ensure adherence to physical security and safety procedures.
