Job summary

Pfizer Philippines is seeking a motivated student for hands-on experience in data analytics and full stack development to support web projects and automation. You will learn by doing: feature development, data cleansing, visualizations, automation, and data extraction for dashboards, in a collaborative, mentor-led environment.

This role is ideal for computing students in their later years who want practical skills in JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, in the last or penultimate year of study.
• Experience with Data Structures or Algorithms from university/college, internship, hobby coding, or other practical experience.
• Coding experience in JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, or R Shiny.
• Preferred: internship or work experience with JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
• Preferred: experience with web app development, Unix/Linux, analytics, visualization, distributed and parallel systems, information retrieval, and/or software development.
• Interest in learning other coding languages as needed.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
• Interest in automation and digitalization.
• Nice to have but not required: Knowledge in Hasura, GraphQL, Data Cleansing, R shiny App, Power BI, Spotfire.
