Job summary

KadaKareer is seeking an entry-level Data Analyst in the Philippines to prepare detailed membership and claims reports for external brokers and internal teams. You will generate a range of reports, provide data to monitor client utilization and payments, and support renewal and proposal calculations.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in Mathematics/Actuarial Science/Statistics/CS/IT, basic programming skills, and familiarity with MS SQL, Power BI, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course in BS Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Actuarial Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Basic programming skills.
• Knowledgeable in database applications such as MS SQL (SQL DBA, Stored Procedure, T-SQL, Scripting); experience with other RDBMS back-end is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Reporting Service Tool is an advantage.
• Advanced hands-on experience with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel (with Power Pivot), and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports for external clients such as Brokers and NBAs, and internal clients, including Account Management and Underwriting Departments.
• Generate reports ranging from standard to complex, based on client requests.
• Provide data used to monitor client utilization and payments.
• Support computation of experience refunds, loss ratios, renewal offers, and initial proposals for returning accounts.
• Assist in decision-making regarding renewals with Intellicare or Avega.
