• Strong SQL and Excel skills, with experience in requirements gathering, data mapping, profiling, reconciliation, data quality, and testing.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and English communication skills.

• Lead or support discovery sessions and prepare BRDs, mappings, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Use SQL to profile, investigate, reconcile data, identify gaps and anomalies, and support solution design.
• Partner with data engineers and architects to deliver scalable solutions on the Enterprise Data Lake.
• Support data mapping, cleansing, transformation, integration, quality controls, testing, UAT, and production readiness.
• Develop dashboards and analytical outputs that communicate clear, actionable insights.
• Align data definitions, ownership, lineage, and quality expectations across markets, and elevate material risks or dependencies promptly.

• Partner with data engineers and architects to deliver scalable solutions on the Enterprise Data Lake platform.
• Support data mapping, cleansing, transformation, integration, quality controls, testing, user acceptance, and production readiness.
• Develop dashboards and analytical outputs that communicate clear, actionable insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 3-5 years in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, data-focused Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills, with experience in requirements gathering, data mapping, profiling, reconciliation, data quality, and testing.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and English communication skills.

Preferred Experience and Collaboration:

• Wealth or asset-management experience; broader financial-services experience is also valuable.
• Experience with Power BI and one or more of Python, R, Spark, Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, or Azure Data Factory.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata, lineage, data products, or Agile delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across Canada and Asia in a global, multicultural, distributed team.
