Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a data analyst based in Manila to interpret data, develop dashboards, and support sales reporting and market research efforts. The role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights to drive business decisions.

You will coordinate sales pipeline reporting, contribute to SharePoint reporting systems, and build PowerApps solutions to automate processes while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or any related field.
• At least 3 years proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and PowerApps.
• Strong adaptability to data analytics and visualization tools.
• Familiarity in the use of statistical packages such as SPSS, Minitab, R, Python, etc.)
• A blend of analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and reporting acumen.
• Quantitative mindset and analytic capabilities.
• Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Ability to work under multiple tight deadlines and respond to last minute requests and compressed production schedules.
• Ability to take initiative and exercise commitment and dedication while working independently or with a team.
• Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with all levels of professionals.

Responsibilities
