Job summary

Cita del Pacific, Ltd. - ROHQ is seeking a D365 F&O Technical Lead to develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.

You will collaborate with business users and IT teams to deliver integrations, reports, and technical support across the ERP platform. The role requires 2-5 years ERP development experience, hands-on D365 F&O/AX skills, and strong knowledge of X++, Visual Studio, SQL Server, and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of ERP technical development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience in X++, Visual Studio, SQL Server, SSRS, Data Entities, and ERP customs.
• Experience developing integrations using APIs, OData, or related technologies.
• Experience supporting testing, deployments, and production support activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: Experience with Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Preferred: Exposure to Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, test, and deploy D365 F&O solutions.
• Build and support integrations between D365 F&O and internal/external systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, vendors, and project teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.
