Job summary

CybelAngel is seeking a proactive cybersecurity analyst to manage a client portfolio and translate threats into clear insights. You will autonomously handle alerts, eliminate false positives, and prepare incident reports to help clients use our solutions effectively.

You will collaborate with the product and React teams on projects, craft client content, and contribute to dark web research. Fluency in English and French is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French; additional language a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to summarize complex information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts and present ideas in a structured way.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and autonomously handle alerts detected by our algorithms across perimeters scanned.
• Eliminate false positives and identify confirmed threats for clients.
• Analyze threats: fraudulent domains, compromised credentials, vulnerable assets, data leaks.
• Prepare incident reports and help clients maximize use of our solutions.
