Foundever® Philippines in Muntinlupa City is looking for new hires for our on-site Alabang hubs. We welcome open to 12th grade or college undergraduates with 6+ months of BPO experience (or more). The position is based at Alabang Town Center, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience for HS
• Basic computer usage and internet navigation
• Open to K-12 / college undergrad
• Willing to work in Alabang Town Center, Muntinlupa City

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound Customer Support calls and chats
• Provide accurate information and solutions to clients
• Meet performance and quality targets
• Collaborate with team to ensure customer satisfaction
