What you'll do:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be supporting people in the US and assisting them in managing pharmacy.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting customers in managing prescription benefits, handling processing issues, and acquiring savings cards

Assisting clients in understanding their target copay and available pharmacy discount programs

Guiding customers through the process of using savings cards at pharmacies to check for potential discounts

Working closely with pharmacists to reverse claims and process overrides as needed

Educating customers about available services, benefits, and procedures to ensure they can maximize their care experience

Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues by identifying solutions quickly and effectively

Escalating complex issues to senior staff or other departments as needed

What you'll need:

  • Associate's/Bachelors Degree an advantage, but not required
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Support Representative
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must have excellent command of the English language, with neutral or American accent
  • Professional, courteous, and responsive customer service and phone skills
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Detail-oriented
  • Willing to work on-site
  • Willing to work on weekends
