  • Amenable to working night shifts.

Client specific roles and responsibilities
Inbound Support
  • Receiving calls from client and address their concern / refill prescription
Verification
  • Calling clients for verification and process new prescription called in by the vet / doctor.
Customer Support
  • Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Resolve issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
  • Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
  • Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
Qualifications
  • At least 6 months BPO experience handling any US Healthcare campaign
  • Good English communication skills (Oral and Written)
  • Must be Detail Oriented
  • Ability to multitask (taking in calls and responding to email)
  • organized and keen attention to details
  • Must know how to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Willing to work ONSITE in Buendia, Makati
  • Amenable working night shifts
