A leading service provider is looking for a Customer Support Associate to handle administrative tasks, including managing inbound and outbound calls and coordinating urgent tasks. This full-time position in Iloilo City requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in problem-solving, and a capacity for both individual and team-oriented work. The successful candidate will maintain operational efficiency by tracking and closing outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs. This role operates on a graveyard shift from 7 PM to 4 AM and is onsite at the Iloilo office.

As a Customer Support Associate, you will manage a range of administrative tasks, including handling inbound and outbound calls, raising work orders, coordinating with contractors for urgent tasks, and processing various invoices. You will also handle sign‑off tickets and insurance documentation while responding to email queries and updates. You'll track and close outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs to maintain operational efficiency.
