Concentrix, líder global en tecnología y servicios, busca un/a Customer Service Representative para unirse a su equipo en Benalmádena. El puesto es a tiempo completo (39h/semana) con contrato indefinido y horario rotativo entre 08:00 y 19:00.

El rol implica atender, hacer seguimiento y gestionar consultas de clientes en un entorno dinámico, con formación inicial incluida. Se pide dominio del neerlandés, excelentes habilidades organizativas y comunicación.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Make outbound calls to follow up on appointments and customer inquiries
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment
• Perform various back-office tasks to support customer service operations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Gather and document all necessary information during customer interactions to ensure high-quality service
• Maintain a professional demeanour, even in stressful situations
