Job description
What you’ll be doing
  • Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to assist customers in making informed decisions
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to continuously improve your knowledge and customer service skills
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a consistent customer experience
What we’re looking for
  • College Graduate (With/without BPO Experience)
  • or 2nd year College Undergraduate with 6 months of BPO Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and empathise with customers
  • Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes in a positive manner
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to help others
