Job description

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Healthcare Chart Retrieval team. This role involves engaging with healthcare providers and facilities to retrieve patient charts and ensure timely and accurate documentation. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, familiarity with HIPAA guidelines, and prior experience in international voice accounts, preferably in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to medical facilities to request and retrieve patient medical records.
  • Coordinate and follow up with healthcare providers to ensure timely receipt of documents.
  • Accurately document all interactions and update internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company privacy standards.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and healthcare professionals.
  • At least 1 year of international voice BPO experience (US healthcare experience preferred but not required).
  • Any call center profile is welcome.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) is a strong advantage.
  • Educational Documents:
  • Undergraduates must provide school certification or TOR.
  • High school and bachelor’s degree holders must present diplomas and TORs.
  • Must be willing to work onsite and flexible with shifting schedules.
