Job summary

Suy Sing Commercial Corporation is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative in Davao City to proactively support customers and handle order-taking, payments, and inquiries. The role involves acting as a reliever for Account Specialists when needed and ensuring high-quality service.

Candidates should be college graduates, with a willingness to train in Manila for non-NCR applicants; accommodation and allowances are provided by the Company. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any 4-year course.
• Must enjoy selling and be highly motivated.
• Fresh graduates welcomed.
• Willing to undergo training in Manila for candidates outside NCR; accommodation and allowances provided by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Act as a reliever whenever an Account Specialist is unavailable.
• Process all orders sent electronically through Argus or online ordering system.
• Print reports needed by Account Specialist.
• Endorse details relating to customer transactions to the relevant Account Specialist.
• Handle customer requests and complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, courteous and professional way.
• Maintain good attendance by avoiding tardiness and absences.
• Attend company meetings and trainings.
