We’re seeking a Customer Services Manager to inspire and lead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering world‑class customer experiences. This is your opportunity to make an impact by driving performance, developing talent, and shaping processes that support our sustainability mission.

This role reports to the Head of Industry CSSC Europe, and is based in Budapest, Hungary.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead and develop a motivated internal sales and customer service team.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation and performance to meet strategic priorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate globally to harmonize processes and share best practices.
  • Mentor team members and support their professional development goals.
Your background:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 3+ years in leadership).
  • Proven track record in customer service management in large multinational companies within the manufacturing or Industrial industry.
  • Training will be provided but interest and experience in mechanical / electrical products and applications, or experience within distribution or manufacturing channels within similar industries is a bonus.
  • Excellent knowledge of business structure, products and key market needs to create a successful customer centric experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD) and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
