Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  • Customer interaction: customer service and dispatch, manage inbound calls, answer questions about roadside assistance, process service request, and coordinate with service providers.
  • Service dispatch: Process service requests, coordinate with a network of roadside assistance providers (towing and repair), and monitor service delivery.
  • Administrative support: Maintain and update customer accounts, perform data entry, and support other team members with day-to-day tasks.
  • Billing and payments: Calculate charges, process payments, and handle billing inquiries.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
