Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a customer-focused professional to support sales and service needs in a dynamic retail environment. You will guide customers through digital channels, assist with purchases, and ensure accurate processing of transactions.

The role requires up to date product knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Holder (Graduate).
• Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer-facing role.
• Willing to work in a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Basic technical proficiency (e.g., CRM tools, POS systems, or online platforms).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Proficiency in problem solving.
• Manpower backfill/Replacement.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers’ journey in using digital channels via face to face digital user assistance or education.
• Attends to sales and service needs of customers.
• Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system.
• Processes payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions.
