Metrobank is seeking a CSR Teller in the Philippines to join our customer-centric team. The role involves cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, and account closings with signature verification.

You will also post daily transaction adjustments and process transfers, remittances, and outward clearing operations. You will promote Metrobank and subsidiaries’ products, develop product knowledge, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Cash handling and processing of cash/check deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, and closing of accounts.
• Signature verification and posting transaction adjustments at the CA/SA terminal at banking day start.
• Process various fund transfers and remittance payments.
• Handle outward clearing operations.
• Promote and sell the bank’s products and services.

Position Title:CSR Teller

Job Summary:

• Cash handling and processing of cash/check deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, closing of accounts; signature verification.
• Posts of all transaction adjustments to the Current Account/Savings Account (CA/SA) terminal at the start of banking day.
• Accepts and processes various fund transfers and remittances payments.
• Handles outward clearing operations.
• Sells the Bank’s and subsidiaries’ products and services.
