Metrobank in Manila is seeking a CSR Teller for the Novaliches Branch to assist customers with cash transactions and basic account services.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, and signature verification; you will also post transactions, process transfers, and promote the bank’s products. Fresh grads are welcome; strong communication and customer service are essential for this role.

Formación

• Preferably graduate of business or finance course.

• Cash handling and processing of deposits, withdrawals, checks, and account closures.
• Posts transactions to Current Account/Savings Account terminals; verify signatures.
• Accepts and processes fund transfers and remittance payments.
• Handles outward clearing operations.
• Sells the Bank’s and subsidiaries’ products and services.

Position Title:CSR Teller

Job Summary:

• Cash handling and processing of cash/check deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, closing of accounts; signature verification.
• Posts of all transaction adjustments to the Current Account/Savings Account (CA/SA) terminal at the start of banking day.
• Accepts and processes various fund transfers and remittances payments.
• Handles outward clearing operations.
• Sells the Bank’s and subsidiaries’ products and services.
