Job summary

Metrobank seeks a CSR Teller at the Pureza - R. Magsaysay Blvd. Branch to handle cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashments, and account closings. You will verify signatures and post transaction adjustments at banking day start.

You will also process fund transfers, remittances, outward clearing, and promote Metrobank’s products and services while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of business or finance course.
• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates and young professionals are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Cash handling and processing of cash/check deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, closing of accounts; signature verification.
• Posts of all transaction adjustments to the Current Account/Savings Account terminal at the start of banking day.
• Accepts and processes various fund transfers and remittances payments.
• Handles outward clearing operations.
• Sells the Bank’s and subsidiaries’ products and services.
