  • Provide accurate information about financial products and services.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes in customer accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations during all interactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately.
  • Meet key performance metrics such as quality scores, customer satisfaction, and handling time.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Deliver professional and courteous service to promote customer trust and satisfaction.
