Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE or related field; Master's preferred.
• Tertiary level teaching experience in CSIT programs is required.
• Strong knowledge across core CSIT subjects and current tech trends.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and modern tools.
• Experience designing and delivering practical labs and hands-on sessions.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Commitment to student-centered learning in inclusive classrooms.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple courses and admin tasks.
• Professional certifications in relevant tech areas are advantageous.
• Familiarity with educational tech platforms and online learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lectures and practical sessions aligned with the curriculum.
• Create engaging learning materials including notes, assignments, and multimedia content.
• Assess student performance through exams, projects and practicals with feedback.
• Maintain records of attendance, grades and progress in line with policies.
• Conduct laboratory sessions and hands-on training to build competencies.
