Job summary

PDAX in the Philippines is seeking a Risk Management Systems (RMS) Associate to join our growing fintech team. You will help identify, assess, and mitigate risks across operations, assets, and reputation while supporting governance with policy reviews and incident analysis.

Key duties include preparing risk reports for senior management, monitoring OPIR actions, and fostering a risk-aware culture through awareness campaigns and cross‑department collaboration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in business/related field.
• Crypto, blockchain and/or traditional finance experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Act and non-banking financial institutions in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating various risk assessments.
• Identifying and assessing potential risks to the organization's operations, assets, and reputation.
• Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Continuously monitoring and updating risk profiles in response to changing business environments.
• Preparing reports and presentations on risk analysis and mitigation efforts for senior management and stakeholders.
• Review OPIR to uncover the Root Cause and monitor the completion of OPIR Action Items identified.
• Serve as a quality assurance reviewer of Policies / FIM and BIM documents.
• Foster a strong, risk-aware community through awareness campaigns and cross‑department partnership.
