Job summary

Coins, the pioneer crypto brand in the Philippines, is seeking a seasoned Financial Risk Officer to join the Risk Management team. You will identify, measure, monitor, and report market and liquidity risks across treasury and digital asset activities, shaping risk frameworks and controls.

You will ensure BSP compliance, provide insights to Senior Management, and work autonomously in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment at Coins.ph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in market, liquidity, treasury risk in banking/fintech.
• Exposure to or strong interest in digital assets/cryptocurrency markets is a plus.
• Solid understanding of market and liquidity risk methodologies, stress testing, and risk appetite frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor market, liquidity, and digital asset exposures across the portfolio.
• Develop risk policies, controls, and governance aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for Senior Management and the Risk Committee.
• Track KRIs and support regulatory reporting to BSP and other authorities.
• Plan contingency responses for crypto market volatility events.
