Takeda ICC India in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our digital transformation journey. You will design, configure, and integrate Salesforce solutions, including Apex, LWC, and REST/SOAP APIs, with a focus on quality and performance.

The role requires 3–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development, strong problem-solving, and collaboration with analysts, architects, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Salesforce Developer (3–7 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and system integrations using middleware platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, and integration frameworks, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Perform Salesforce configuration including:

• Custom Objects, Fields, Page Layouts

• Validation Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Flow

• Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules

• Develop custom solutions using:

• Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex

• Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components

• Visualforce Pages

• Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using middleware platforms such as: MuleSoft, Informatica, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Web Services

• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs.

• Handle data migration and data quality processes.

• Write unit tests and ensure code coverage as per Salesforce standards.

• Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

• Follow DevOps best practices including CI/CD and version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.

• Strong knowledge of: Apex, SOQL, SOSL

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Salesforce Flows

• Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Strong experience in integration using middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).

• Experience with: REST & SOAP Web Services

• OAuth and authentication mechanisms

• JSON, XML

• Knowledge of Salesforce deployment processes (Change Sets, DevOps tools).

• Experience with Git-based version control systems.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.

• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II

• Salesforce Administrator

• Experience with CI/CD tools, Salesforce Devops.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
