About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at NESTLE BUSINESS SERVICES AOA INC' as a CRM Expert. In this full-time position based in Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing tailored customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to drive engagement and loyalty for the company's diverse portfolio of brands.

What you'll be doing
  1. Analyse customer data and behaviour to identify opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives
  2. Design and execute engaging email, social media, and other digital marketing campaigns to foster stronger connections with customers
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimise CRM programs that align with broader marketing and business objectives
  4. Monitor and report on the performance of CRM activities, using insights to continually refine and improve strategies
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM, making recommendations to enhance the customer experience
  6. Contribute to the development of CRM tools, templates, and training to build internal capabilities
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience in a CRM or digital marketing role, preferably within the consumer goods or retail sector
  2. Excellent understanding of customer segmentation, data analysis, and campaign management principles
  3. Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  4. Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo
  5. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  6. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
