You will design effective training programs, deliver engaging coaching sessions, and ensure that our team consistently meets high operational and safety standards. Responsibilities include designing training calendars, conducting training sessions, evaluating competency through assessments, and maintaining training records and compliance documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent operational experience).
• Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in training delivery, instructional design, or team leadership (industry-specific experience preferred).
• Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong organizational talent and attention to detail.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with workplace safety protocols, regulatory standards, and evaluation frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Design, update, and implement comprehensive training calendars and development modules.
• Conduct engaging face-to-face or digital training sessions, pre-deployment briefings, and one-on-one coaching.
• Evaluate crew competency through regular assessments, practical evaluations, and feedback loops.
• Partner with department heads and management to identify performance gaps and target specific training needs.
• Maintain organized training records, compliance documentation, and audit reports.
