Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Credit Review Analyst to assess new and existing customer accounts, establish credit limits and terms, and review daily sales orders. You will collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team, sales teams, and corporate clients to maximize revenue while mitigating credit risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required (Business Administration with relevant experience may be considered).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, risk evaluation, or a related financial field.
• Basic proficiency in financial statement analysis and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer accounts to establish appropriate credit limits and terms; analyze financial statements for high-value credit requests; document credit decisions and justifications.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts with varying complexity, systematically reviewing and releasing sales orders within established guidelines.
• Work closely with AR, sales teams, and external customers to gather credit documentation and resolve account holds.
• Participate in team projects and continuous process improvement initiatives as assigned by management.
